Nebraska State Senator Carol Blood had a campaign stop in Western Nebraska. While in Keith County the McCook native stopped by our studios in Ogallala and discussed her campaign. 

Senator Carol Blood said the top two Republicans for governor are a disappointment. Rather than focusing on Nebraska’s real problems — high taxes, prison overcrowding and wasteful state spending — she said Charles Herbster and Jim Pillen are trying to scare Nebraskans into voting for them.

Blood, who is a native Nebraskan from McCook, told NTV News how her campaign is going with over six months until the primary election. She has been doing meet and greet tours across the state.

This week Nebraska State Senator Carol Blood had a campaign stop traveling through Western Nebraska. While in Lincoln County the McCook native stopped by our Huskeradio Studios in North Platte and discussed her campaign with News Director Tristen Winder.

Nebraska State Senator Carol Blood entered the race for Nebraska governor in September. She faces stiff competition from Republicans also in the race.
